MAGNUM Trace is a self-regulating heating cable specially designed to prevent snow and ice from forming on roofs, gutters and downspouts. Even in snow and freezing water, the cable is fully operational.

Description
As snow melts and water flows away, the MAGNUM Trace cable adjusts to half power as it becomes drier; the warmer it gets, the more its performance decreases. This cable can be cut to the required length for installation. This self-regulating cable also protects against overheating. It can be installed directly into plastic ducts and the cable has a flexible, robust and UV-resistant insulation. This MAGNUM Trace kit is quick and easy to install and requires no special skills or tools. The installation materials are included.

Ready-to-use heating elements with built-in thermostat. Easy to use and install. Equipped with a thermostat that switches on at temperatures below 5°C and off below -10°C.

- An additional temperature controller is recommended. The most effective is a controller that measures the ambient temperature and the presence of snow or moisture.
