The MAGNUM Outdoor asphalt cable is particularly suitable for installation on asphalt.
This cable is designed for particularly large areas, such as loading bays or car park entrances, where security is essential. The MAGNUM Outdoor cable can be attached directly to the reinforcement before pouring the sand layer, concrete or asphalt.

Description
MAGNUM Outdoor is a highly advanced cable heating system with 2 sensors that measure humidity in combination with the outdoor temperature and a bespoke control cabinet. The power cable is uniquely connected to the resistance wire. The aluminium reinforcement sheath protects the resistance wires from mechanical damage and shields the cable from EMC (electromagnetic radiation), so that the cable does not interfere with mobile phones, electrically operated garage doors and gates, security devices, etc. for work. The cable has XLPE inner sheaths and a PVC outer sheath resistant to chemical attack.
Complete systems
MAGNUM Outdoor installations are custom-drawn and custom-designed. A complete watertight control cabinet (IP-65) is manufactured and installed in proportion to the number and power of the cables/links. For larger projects, the control cabinet can be expanded to include modulating controllers of up to 50 kW to protect against peak loads and save energy. The system can be installed at either 230V or 400V.
The MAGNUM Outdoor cable comes with a 10-year warranty on the electrical function of the cable.
