Description
The pump controller prevents the collector circulator from running 24 hours a day. This switch saves you money and energy, and has 24-hour protection to prevent tripping. An automatic pump switch will switch the underfloor heating circulator on if the temperature of the central heating water supply is above the set temperature and off if it is below the set temperature. This ensures that the pump is not switched on 24 hours a day, which can make a significant difference to energy costs. When you switch off the circulation pump completely during the summer months, the pump can become stuck. The MAGNUM ECO pump controller has a 24-hour cycle function, whereby the pump controller starts the pump once every 24 hours to avoid stalling.
