Delivery of goods

Goods purchased and in stock at www.eheating.lt are normally arranged and delivered within 1-3 working days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the item. For items marked “made to order”, please contact us by email or phone for delivery times.

eHeating delivers the goods to the nearest OMNIVA post office or by courier. To other European countries – via DPD courier.

The delivery price in Lithuania to OMNIVA post offices is EUR 3.90. (except Curonian Spit).

Only items that meet the size (39 x 38 x 64 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg) restrictions can be ordered by OMNIVA post office.

The delivery price in Lithuania via courier is EUR 5.90. (except Curonian Spit).

The delivery of ordered goods in Lithuania is free if one of the following conditions is met:

Condition of the consignment

When you receive your parcel, please check the goods and their packaging immediately for any damage. If you notice damage to the consignment, make a note of the damage in the presence of the courier (if the consignment is delivered by courier) or refuse to accept the consignment. Acceptance of the consignment and signing of the bill of lading without any remarks will be deemed to be a proper delivery and may make it difficult to deal with any claims for external damage to the goods.
